Baraka textiles is one of the recognised and certified names when it comes to custom fabric development for bulk garment orders. What we do is manufacture and export the finished fabric in its final form. Our client is kept on board throughout the whole process. Since each garment order is unique, we understand that we need to manufacture the fabric exactly as required. Many properties of the fabric can be customised. Starting from the yarn being used to the finish & coating on the fabric. Our two facilities in Karachi and Lahore allow us this versatility, enabling us to manufacture different customised fabrics.

Pants

Baraka textiles manufactures fabric for bottom-wear including chinos, Jeanswear, workwear, jogger pants and sweatpants in Pakistan. The fabric manufactured is rigorously tested, goes through the highest quality inspection standards and then sent to respective garment manufacturers.

Shorts

Board shorts also feature similar qualities as beachwear shorts. They use microfiber polyester fabric which has hand feel of a brushed twill. This quick drying fabric comes in both dyed and printed forms. However, usually the printed designs are more popular.

Fleece is commonly used for creation of sweat fabrics which includes hoodies. Sweatshirt fleece is often made with cotton, polyester, or a poly cotton blend. Twill

Twill is a special type of weaved fabric with a clearly visible diagonal pattern. It is a tough fabric. fibres used are mostly cotton and synthetics like polyester. Our company has manufactured and exported a variety of twill fabrics of exceedingly high quality.

Finishes / Coatings

Finishing is an essential part of fabric manufacturing. Even dyeing & printing is considered to be a part of the finishing process. We can apply a variety of finishes & coatings to your customized fabric enabling it to pass all the testing requirements and be fully functional.

Dyeing & Printing

Dyeing is the application of dyes or pigments on textile materials such as fibers, yarns, and fabrics with the goal of achieving color with desired color fastness. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material.

DWR

Durable water repellent fabric has a coating added to it at the factory to make it water-resistant. Many sportswear, outerwear and other fabrics are DWR treated. DWR prevents water/moisture from saturating the garment's exterior. Our company uses both C6 DWR and C8 DWR. We’re committed towards developing and researching on new chemistries for our water repellent fabrics which provide high performance and the lowest environmental impact. We have exported fabrics to America and Europe with DWR coating. By now Baraka Textiles is quite experienced in manufacturing & exporting DWR fabrics from Pakistan.
